Global Peptide ships to addresses within Australia only. We are committed to providing fast, secure, and reliable delivery of research products nationwide.
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales.
We offer the following shipping options:

Free Express Shipping: Orders totalling $200 or more automatically qualify for free express shipping Australia-wide.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays with your order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Metro areas (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide):
1–3 business days (express)
3–5 business days (standard)
Regional areas:
2–4 business days (express)
5–7 business days (standard)
Remote areas:
May require additional time.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather events, public holidays, and carrier delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your email or by visiting the carrier’s website directly.
We ship to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes for express deliveries. Standard shipping to PO Boxes is available.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
For orders marked as delivered but not received, please:
Check around your property and with neighbours
Check any safe drop locations
Contact us within 7 days so we can lodge an investigation with the carrier
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at admin@globalpeptide.com.au. Â We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
